John & his son were welcoming and put no pressure on the sale which was a refreshing change. Very pleasant buying experience. The third car we have bought as a family from JF Autos and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. A fair deal and happy to go the extra mile. Our latest purchase is being delivered to us as we can’t get there for a few days. Much prefer dealing with J F Autos than a main dealer with sharp-suited salesmen who are there one day and gone the next.

Great dealer

They were very accommodating when purchasing my Golf GTD. I was unable to collect it for a week but they kindly reserved it for me. Communication was excellent and the purchase was easy. The dealer gave a comprehensive run-through of the car, had serviced it before the sale, and threw in a warranty with the purchase. They were swift with paperwork and made the whole process simple. JF Autos is clearly a family-based workplace that cares about giving the best customer experience, they are very easy to contact and speak with having two numbers to contact. The minor problems I did have with the coil packs on two separate occasions several weeks after buying the car were dealt with quickly and easily, for free, and they even collected and dropped the car off. For sure would recommend it.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had! Before buying my car with John I was torn between another one that was closer to London and his. I chose John's partly due to the amazing reviews he had had. Unfortunately, the car that I chose needed some work done to it which wasn't noticeable before I bought it. I called John when I noticed the problem and he immediately told me to come back to him with the car and he would see to it being fixed himself instead of trying to get it fixed in London after being messed around by quite a few garages (I nearly spent £900 out of my own back pocket, even though it was under warranty). John was more than happy to help, knew his stuff picked me up from the train station, and dropped me back with no fuss. Cannot recommend these guys enough, FAB cars and amazing customer service! 10/10!!!
